Our Story
In scenic Chattanooga, Tennessee, Osteen Construction is approaching nearly a decade of experience focused on renovations, small commercial construction, and new home builds.
After retiring from FedEx, owner and CEO Kevin Osteen initially started Osteen Construction as a part-time venture. As the client base and volume of work grew, Osteen Construction became a full-time occupation. Osteen Construction has had the opportunity to work around the southeast, in Charleston, Knoxville, Memphis, and Nashville -- but, as Kevin explains, “Chattanooga is home, and we are proud to be a part of the city, and raise a family in this community.”
Osteen Construction is a family business that got its start in historic St. Elmo. An affinity for the unique homes of the neighborhood provided a steady pipeline of projects for the early years of Osteen Construction. In many cases, the homes have been around for over 100 years. We believe that with our help, these historic homes can remain solid and reliable for many more years to come. Kevin’s goal with every project is to keep the integrity and historic value of the house. Devoted to the area, Kevin has served on the Community Association of Historic St. Elmo neighborhood board as well as the City of Chattanooga’s Historic Zoning Committee.
Repeat customers are a vital part of the success Osteen Construction has enjoyed. We’ve had the pleasure of watching our clients' families grow, helping adapt their living spaces along the way. As families evolve, so do housing needs. Osteen Construction prides itself on helping customers get the most out of their projects, so they can enjoy it for years to come. We are grateful to the families we have had the opportunity and pleasure to serve over the years.
